Residential real estate in Beverly Hills and the Westside, handled personally.

In his own words
"I work the Westside the way it has to be worked: in person."
I knock on doors. I write to owners long before they think about listing, and I keep a running picture of which homes might trade quietly and who would want them. That is how off-market opportunities surface, and how a seller's home reaches the right buyer rather than the loudest one.
A sale is a sequence of decisions, most of them made before the home is ever shown. I would rather make those decisions with you, in writing, than leave them to the market. You deal with me directly, from the first conversation to the closing table.
How I sell a homeBackground
Before real estate, a pharmacy.
Before real estate I spent years in pharmacy, eventually as a lead pharmacy technician. It is a different business, but it shaped the way I work. People depend on you to stay calm when things become complicated, to solve problems quickly, and to take responsibility for getting the details right. I brought that into real estate.
What drew me here was the combination of people, property, strategy and negotiation, and one question in particular: why one home sells for one number while a seemingly similar home sells for something else entirely. Over time I became most interested in the part of the business that happens before a home ever reaches the public market.
I live on the Westside, work these neighborhoods every day, and spend much of my time studying their homes, streets and sales. Being a good agent means knowing the market, protecting my client's interests, being available when it matters, and doing the work other people are unwilling to do.

How I work
Three things a seller can count on.
- Direct
- You deal with me. Calls, messages, showings and negotiations are handled by the person responsible for your sale.
- Prepared
- Pricing and strategy are written down and explained, built from the sales that genuinely compare.
- Discreet
- Some of the best outcomes never reach the open market. I keep a running picture of who is quietly looking, and for what.
Where I work
