Information you give me
When you send an inquiry, the form collects the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, a property address, your timing and a message. I use this information only to respond to you and, if you choose to work with me, to provide real estate services. It is delivered to me by email and stored securely by the site's hosting provider. It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers.
Information collected automatically
The site uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that count page views without identifying you, and the hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels, chat widgets or session recording.
Third parties
Property searches open on the Beverly & Company website, which has its own privacy policy. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites' policies.
Do Not Track
Because the site does not track visitors across other websites, it treats every visitor the same way whether or not a Do Not Track signal is sent.
Your choices
You may ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Use the contact form or write to reztherealtor@gmail.com. I will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
